Step 1:

Divide Dough

Divide Dough

Make your pizza dough, I use a bread machine.

Step 2:

Divide Dough

Cut off 1/4 piece of dough to make your thin crust pizza. Set aside the rest.

Step 3:

Thin Crust

Roll out your 1/4 piece of pizza dough as thinly as you want. (I don’t use a thickness measurement cause I like mine differently from others.)

Step 4:

Spray and Pan Thin Crust

Spray your pan with Pam. I use a small cookie sheet so that I can fit two pizza pans in the oven on the same rack.

Step 5:

Stuff Crust

Roll out your stuffed crust dough. Again I don’t use a measurement for thickness, however I try to roll out so that my crust will have an over hang ( I will explain shortly).

Step 6:

Roll your crust so that you have about in inch of over hang. You want you crust to just hang over the side of the pan.

Step 7:

Cheese for Stuffed Crust

Cheese for Stuffed Crust

I like to use a whole package of Kraft Habanero Heat shredded cheese (you can use any cheese your prefer, use about 3 cups). Pour out the cheese around your crust edge.

After the 1 hour raising time, pre-heat oven to 375 with pizza dough still inside and set the timer for 12 minutes.
